Webmasters Comments About This Case:
There appear to be sightings of these same types
of creatures in major spots around the globe. Of course
as we have said so many time, spirits can assume any
form. I would not to be surprised someday, to discover
that they are all the same spirtual creature, since
demons can travel to any location almost instantly. If
not, then it's certanily the same type of being, a
spirtual creature (demon) masquerading as a serpent.
For centuries, native americans (indians) that still live in
the lake okanagan area, have told stories about a
spirtual creature called a 'water demon' or 'serpent of
the water' that lives in the lake. The name the indians
gave to the creature is: N'haaitk
When fishing and canoeing on the lake, the indians would
often leave animal meat and other items as sacrifices to
the creature.
Petroglyphs found near the headwaters of Powers Creek,
show an ancient Indian illustration of a serpent-like beast.
